These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the access and use of all products and services offered by HADS ADVERTISING, SL , trading as HispanoAds , including the website https://hispanoads.es and all its content.
By using this website, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any supplemental policies or modifications that may be made.
If the user does not agree with these conditions, it is recommended that they do not use the site or its products or services.
HispanoAds reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its own discretion, in order to adapt them to legal or business changes.

2. USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES (GOOGLE OAUTH)
By registering or logging in using Google OAuth , the user authorizes HispanoAds to access basic data from their Google account (name, email address, profile picture and unique identifier).
This data is used exclusively to authenticate the user and allow them to access their account on the platform.
HispanoAds will not use this data for advertising purposes or share it with third parties, unless legally required.
The user can revoke the granted access at any time from their Google account settings, via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Access to the website and platform is the sole responsibility of the user, who will be liable for any damage or harm that such access may cause.
The user is responsible for ensuring the truthfulness and accuracy of the data they provide, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
If the user does not provide the required information or does not accept the applicable data protection policy, HispanoAds will not be able to process their request or allow them to use the platform.
The user acting as Publisher must have a website with its own privacy policy and comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA or others depending on their jurisdiction).
HispanoAds is exempt from all liability for the Publisher's failure to comply with these obligations.
4. HISPANOADS CONTENTS – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on HispanoAds , unless otherwise stated, is the exclusive property of the company or third parties who have authorized its inclusion.
Trade names, trademarks, and distinctive signs are protected by law, and their reproduction, imitation, or use without express authorization is prohibited.

5. HISPANOADS REMUNERATION
The Publisher user will receive remuneration according to the agreed conditions and provided that they comply with the terms of service.
Payments will be made in the currency specified on the platform and according to the agreed due date.
HispanoAds will issue self-invoices with the corresponding tax information, which must be kept up to date by the user.
Any changes to this information must be reported to ensure proper invoice issuance.
The company reserves the right to adjust final amounts for fraudulent traffic or unauthorized implementations.
6. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
The Publisher may request free technical assistance from HADS ADVERTISING, SL to integrate advertising tags, video code or lines into the ads.txt file of their website.
By granting access to this assistance, the Publisher expressly authorizes HispanoAds to perform the necessary operations.
HispanoAds is not responsible for any damages resulting from this assistance and recommends that publishers change their access credentials once support has ended.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a) For the use of the Web:
The user is solely responsible for any damage that may be caused or incurred by the use of the website.
HispanoAds is exempt from any liability arising from improper use by the user.
b) For the operation of the Web:
HispanoAds makes every effort to ensure optimal operation of the site, but is not responsible for interruptions, errors, viruses, or technical problems beyond its control.
c) By external links:
The website may include links to third-party sites. HispanoAds is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or operation of such sites, nor for any damages resulting from their use.
d) For advertising content:
Advertising or sponsored content is the sole responsibility of the advertisers.
HispanoAds will not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or damages arising from such content.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
HispanoAds and the user expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga (Spain) , waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
